Your ownership deserves a proper review
A holiday home should not become a financial trap
Static caravan and lodge owners often discover that the reality of ownership differs sharply from what they understood at the point of sale. The important question is not simply whether your caravan lost value—it is what you were told, what was left unexplained, and what your contracts actually say.

Frequently asked questions
Before you start
Does a fall in caravan value automatically mean I was mis-sold?
No. Static caravans and lodges normally depreciate. A review usually turns on what was represented before purchase, whether important costs or restrictions were omitted, and whether those statements influenced your decision.
Can you help if I have already sold or handed back the caravan?
Potentially. Former owners may still have relevant documents and evidence about the original sale, fees and eventual disposal. Time limits can apply, so it is sensible to obtain an assessment promptly.
What if the park says everything was in the contract?
The contract is important, but it is not always the whole story. The sales process, prominence and clarity of key terms, and any statements made before signing may also be relevant.
Is the initial assessment really free?
Yes. Completing the HPOH assessment and receiving an initial review is free and carries no obligation. If a specialist later offers to act, any charges and terms must be explained separately before you decide.
Are you connected to my holiday park operator?
No. HPOH is independent of Haven, Parkdean Resorts, Park Holidays UK, Away Resorts and all other park operators.
